Puppets for Charity


Three years ago Robert learned ventriloquism. Together he and Trude made four puppets. This is a picture of "Chester", the Rascal Cowboy. Free performances were given to raise money for charities as well as entertaining school children and seniors.

Montreal Olympics 1976


The Jadis family is one of the oldest in Canada. Fourteen generations ago, the first members arrived in Quebec from Cork, Ireland. Over 200 years later, Robert was a Torch Bearer for the Montreal Summer Olympics.

Robert donated this original Acrylic painting as a Tribute to Canada's MVP basketball star, Steve Nash.  The painting is part of a permanent display at the BC Sports Hall of Fame in Vancouver, British Columbia.



This band is called "Souper Jazz" and it was successful through its volunteer performances in the National Capital Region. Robert was the founder and their leader. This endeavor was successful in raising over $500,000 with the proceeds going to feed the hungry. This amazing band, a public foundation, continues in its very worthy cause.
